Descrição da Função

Profile: - At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, Angular, NestJS; - Strong background in DevOps and cloud environments; - Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes / AKS / OpenShift); - Proficiency with databases: MongoDB / Cosmos DB and SQL; - Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures; - Full professional fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Resolve complex second-line incidents requiring deep technical expertise; - Analyze application logs, performance metrics, and overall system behavior; - Implement corrective code fixes, patches, and minor functional enhancements; - Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure teams; - Contribute to improved monitoring, alerting, and support processes; - Maintain detailed technical documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
