Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Support and evolve critical business applications, ensuring system stability, integration reliability, and continuous service improvement. * Manage and analyse incidents, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions. * Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, simplify processes, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation. Profile: * Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support, Systems Integration, or Software Development. * Strong experience with .NET / C#, REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server. * Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in production environments, including Azure DevOps and log analysis. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset. * Experience with Oracle Database / PL-SQL or Linux environments and shell scripting (Plus).
