Descrição da Função
Profile: - Graduated in Computer Science with good experience in software development/support; - At least 10 years of experience in a similar position; - Good understanding of the ITIL standard, especially management and practices of incidents, changes and modifications; - Specific knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux, Windows, UNIX, WAS, SQL, CFT and MQ Series; - Experience with system scripts; - Cloud and DevOps concepts; - Knowledge of relational database concepts; - Professional English and notions of Italian. Responsabilities: - Monitoring the status of the application; - Monitoring infrastructure server resources; - Respond to and take control of incoming phone calls or support tickets/ITSM incidents; - Monitoring of all requests received in the ticket system; - Update the progress of the execution of all tasks in the ticketing tools; - Evaluate the priority of requests received involving key people who can be useful in defining it; - Carry out the analysis, plan all necessary technical tasks and execute them; - Define tactical solutions to resume processes as quickly as possible; - Act as the first point of contact for all production-related tasks/queries; - Manage communication with internal end users and external customers for topics in scope.
