Join a leading outsourcing company that specializes in providing customer/technical support and content moderation services and become part of a team of experts! No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required What you will be doing: Supporting Arabic speaking users by multiple communication channels (phone or email) Troubleshooting malfunction of the Company's services (localization, data, performance, etc.) Handling issues like missing/incorrect data in the system (forgotten passwords etc.) Enjoying living in Portugal! Requirements: Fluency in Arabic (must be C1+) Communicative level of English language (B2+) You live Portugal or you are ready to relocate there Ability to communicate clearly and effectively We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything What we offer: Base salary: 1112 gross = 13 350 annually Option to use discounted accommodation RELOCATION package for candidates from abroad CONTRACT: Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
