Descrição da Função

As an Asset Servicing Associate - Corporate Action, your primary responsibilities will include: • Management of Voluntary Corporate Actions: o Consolidate eligible positions. o Create and manage files. o Verify the booking of Corporate Action results. • Data Management: o Consolidate financial information received from various providers. • Relationship Management: o Establish and maintain relationships with custodians and bank clients. • Tax Aspects: o Collaborate with the TAX team within Asset Servicing to manage tax-related matters. • Project Participation: o Contribute to projects aimed at securing and improving production. o Participate in the development of the CAT tool, which will integrate the Fixed Income scope in 2025. • Cash Break Management: o Manage cash breaks related to the activity. • Process Improvement: o Contribute to the security and improvement of processes with a continuous focus on task automation. • Daily Reconciliation: o Perform daily reconciliation of custodian SWIFT messages. Candidate Profile • Education: o Higher education degree in finance or a related field. • Experience: o 1-2 years experience in banking operations, ideally within the securities and post-trade processing sectors. o Knowledge of the Summit application is preferred. o Mastery of securities operations and products within the Bonds scope. • Required Skills: o Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus. o Rigor, perseverance, responsiveness, and analytical skills. o Team spirit and ability to self-reflect. o Ability to apply company procedures and escalate encountered difficulties. o Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential (French will be an added advantage).
