Descrição da Função

Fórum Selecção is looking for an Asset Servicing (M/F) for a Corporate Bank Main activities: - Manage and oversee the asset servicing processes (dividends and coupons, both on positions held by our client and on coupon and dividend retrocessions on lending/borrowing and repurchase transactions), taking ownership of specific processes or areas within the asset servicing function; - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all asset servicing activities and resolve discrepancies and issues during the asset servicing process; - Reconcile asset servicing records and maintain accurate transaction records, including oversight of reconciliation activities; - Coordinate with other financial institutions and external parties for smooth asset servicing, serving as a point of contact for specific asset servicing-related interactions; - Uphold compliance with asset servicing regulations and internal policies, providing guidance and support to junior team members on regulatory matters; - Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy within the asset servicing function, collaborating with senior management and team members; - Provide support and guidance to junior team members involved in the asset servicing process, including training and mentoring. Requirements: - Degree in Finance or related field; - 3-5 years of experience in a financial role; - Knowledge of Banking Operations and/or Global Markets; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; - Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal. French is a plus; - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, advanced formulas). VBA is a plus. Temporary project - 3 months - Schedule between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm (Hybrid)
