As an Assistant Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting Product Managers throughout the purchasing process for the brand’s collections and products. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Product Managers team in the purchasing processes for the brand’s collections and products. This includes placing and tracking purchase orders, validating product information, liaising with suppliers, creating product entries in our system, reviewing labels, and providing general support for the department’s processes. Profile I Requirements: • Planning and organizational skills; • Analytical, accuracy and attention to detail skills; • Autonomy and time management skills; • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and environments; • Proactive and dynamic skills. • Interest in home décor, retail, and staying up to date with current trends. • Minimum secondary education (12th grade) • Previous experience in a similar role; • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
