Your Mission Provide customer support through various communication channels; Clarify customer inquiries and follow up on requests; Perform both back-office and front-office tasks; Deliver an excellent customer experience; Ensure compliance with the quality standards defined by the operation. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Support role (mandatory); Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities; Sense of responsibility and team spirit; Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. What We Offer: Employment contract directly with Adecco; Paid initial training; Base Salary: €920 Gross/month; Language Bonus: €135/month; Meal Allowance: €7.63/day on a meal card; Hybrid working model.
