"ROLE: - Support, advice and presentation of solutions to customers, by email and telephone - Management of complaints and incidents with orders - Possibility of involvement in other projects according to the company's needs and candidates knowledge QUALIFICATIONS: - Fluency in 2 languages - Portuguese and English!
