Position Overview: We are currently hiring Healthcare Assistants, Nurse Assistants, and Elderly Carers to provide essential care and support to our patients and residents. These roles involve assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of those under our care. Key Responsibilities: -Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. -Assist nursing staff with patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration under supervision. -Foster positive relationships with patients, residents, and their families, offering empathy, compassion, and companionship. -Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, physicians, and therapists, to ensure coordinated care delivery. -Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in patient condition to appropriate healthcare professionals. -Adhere to infection control protocols, safety regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of care delivery. -Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in geriatric care and healthcare assistance. Qualifications: -Previous experience in healthcare assistance, nursing assistance, or elderly care (required) -Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with patients, residents, and colleagues. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations.
