Descrição da Função

"The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will play a key role in coordinating, planning, delivering, and closing strategic initiatives that are fundamental to the business. The position requires close interaction with different departments, as well as collaboration with external consultants and stakeholders whenever necessary. ROLE: Partner with department leaders and the C-suite to align business activities with strategic priorities. Develop analytical insights to support business strategy. Address and solve complex issues affecting multiple departments. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent academic background in Business, Economics, or Engineering. Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business challenges. Leadership potential, high level of responsibility, and ability to work autonomously. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment while handling several projects at the same time.
