Voltalia's subsidiary for the O&M and EPC third party services is looking for a motivated and dynamic Automation & Control Engineer that will have the following responsibilities: - Study and analyze requirements for monitoring and control systems, security systems and other associated automation systems; - Design and evaluate systems architectures for network equipment and communication field network; - Create Technical Specification/Requirements, Functional Description and similar documents; - Create, study and discuss supporting drawings; - Perform technical analysis and comparison of system solution/equipment; - On-site technical support – verifications, tests and commissioning of the designed systems; - Technical discussion and management of sub-contractors for systems to be installed on the site; - Interaction with several project stakeholders; - Study new approaches and solutions for the current challenges on the area of hybrid system, storage system, energy management system and other automation systems; - Study and propose continuous improvements techniques to support the internal process optimization. QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be/have: - Degree or master’s degree Student in Electrical or Electronic or Automation Engineering; - Basic programming skills (SQL or similar, Python, Javascript, ...); - Communication interface and protocols knowledge (Ethernet, Modbus, ...); - Basic knowledge of network devices; - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software (is a plus); - English proficiency; - Spare time for national and international travels.
