Perfil

• Your Role:
• As a B2B Customer Support Agent, you will provide exceptional support to business clients, ensuring a high standard of professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting and guiding business clients via Phone, Email, and/or Chat (in both French and English).
• Troubleshooting issues and providing tailored solutions to help merchants optimize their use of the platform.
• Ensuring compliance by identifying account holders, verifying account information, and following strict regulatory guidelines.
• Delivering excellence through timely, effective, and highly personalized customer service.

Competências

• What We Are Looking For:
• Fluency in both French (C1) and English (C1), both spoken and written (mandatory).
• High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a strong customer-centric mindset (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• A Plus: Experience with automated customer service platforms (CRMs) or a background in retail, banking, or tech support.

Oferta

• What We Offer:
• Base Salary: €930 / month
• Complexity Bonus: €65 / month
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 / day
• Benefits: Health Insurance included
• Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts (including night shifts) with 2 rotating days off per week.
