Kelly is currently recruiting for a Portuguese fintech company that is growing and contributing to the innovation and development of specialized payment services. We're looking for a B2B Lead Sourcing Assistant (m/f/d) who wants to be part of this fantastic technology innovation to join our client's B2B development team and integrate into the Commercial team. As part of this team, you will ensure company mapping by exploring the market, identifying opportunities, and generating & qualifying leads so that salespeople can meet with potential customers and detail products and services. It's all about communication and promoting the brand to help potential customers deliver higher quality in their businesses. What are we looking for in you? * High school degree (mandatory); * Previous experience in sales (preferred); * Previous experience in payments or e-commerce (preferred); * Fluency in Portuguese plus Level B2 in English (mandatory); * Highly organized and dynamic; * Coherent and have fluid communication; * Strong orientation to detail and goal-oriented.
