We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: BA FR – Hybrid (Porto) What we are looking for Hard skills • Fluent in French: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in French is essential for effective communication with French-speaking stakeholders and clients. • English - at least B2 • Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to support organizational goals. • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex business concepts and recommendations in both French and English. • Stakeholder Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with French-speaking clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive successful business outcomes. • Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and specifications in both French and English to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to adapt to and effectively utilize new business solutions and technologies. • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement. • Banking or Finance experience will be a plus.
