BI Engineer Lisbon Hybrid (3 days/week at the office) Direct contract with an international client Strategic role in a global IT transformation context Are you ready to turn data into powerful business insights in an international environment? Were looking for a BI Engineer to join a dynamic team within the Business Performance & Excellence function. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining dashboards, analysing data, and supporting decision-making across multiple business areas. Your Mission - Design, implement, and maintain KPI dashboards using Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Automate) - Collect, analyse, and interpret business data to support decision-making - Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of dashboards and reporting - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet business needs - Identify new ways to leverage data and improve reporting capabilities - Monitor performance indicators and provide clear, actionable insights What were looking for - Proven experience as a BI Engineer or in a similar data-driven role - Strong skills in Power BI, Power Query, and data modelling - Experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting - Knowledge of tools such as Python, VBA, AWS, or Knime is a plus - Solid project management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work with large datasets and summarise findings clearly - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Team-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively Why join this opportunity? - Work in an international and cross-functional environment - Be part of a data-driven transformation journey - Opportunity to influence business decisions through analytics - Collaborate with multiple departments (Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, etc.) Ready to make an impact through data?
