Adecco Recruitment is currently hiring a BI Engineer (M/F) to join a leading multinational organization operating within a dynamic, international, and data-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and process optimization, looking to contribute to the transformation and modernization of data platforms while supporting strategic decision-making through scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards. - Prepare, transform, and deliver data using SQL, preferably within a Snowflake environment. - Support the migration of manual processes into automated and scalable solutions. - Develop and maintain dataflows between data platforms and reporting solutions. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across business datasets. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - Contribute to the evolution of the organizations data architecture and Business Intelligence capabilities. - Monitor and optimize reporting performance and data pipelines. - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data governance, quality, and performance. Profile - Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Management, or a related field. - Previous experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles. - Good knowledge of SQL (Snowflake experience is a strong plus). - Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development. - Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting concepts. - Ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions. - Experience maintaining and managing dataflows and data pipelines. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. - Good command of English. Nice to Have - Experience with Power Automate. - Knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization. - Experience in digital transformation and data platform modernization projects. - Understanding of Data Governance best practices.
