Requirements Reporting to the Procurement & Performance Expense Claims Team Leader, the Expense Claims Business Analyst position is part of the Purchasing Solutions & Digital department staffing, integrated in the Expense Claims Business Analyst/Implementation Manager, and will be in charge of implementing, making evolutions and maintaining a common expense claims administration tool (Sap Concur Expense and Request). - Experience on Expense Claims tools (SAP Concur, other) is highly appreciated - Experience in Business Analyst and/or Implementation of systems (whatever the tool) - Knowledge on Project management methodologies - SAP user knowledge (SAP FI/CO/MM/SD) is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office tools is mandatory Language Skills: English - Expert Soft Skills: - Quick adaptation to new IT tools; - Quick self-starter, dynamic and pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing environment; - Ability to integrate a large and diverse multicultural environment; - Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international locations; - Capability to understand the E2E process of Source to Pay; - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/IT Benefits - Integration in a dynamic and motivated team for the performance of the function. - Complementary training - Salary package according to the function performed - Professional evolution
