Descrição da Função

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Business Analyst (m/f) –Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: • A minimum of 3/4 years of professional experience in Business Analysis and Design of business processes in IT; • Experience working in an Agile setting, writing functional and technical documentation to support the business application and working in an agile tool (Jira or similar); • Working knowledge of UML (UseCase, Activity, Sequence...) and BPMN; • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to understand the “big picture” and pay attention to detail; • Demonstrated experience in business analysis on varying project types; • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies and analytics tools; • Being comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event-based technologies will be valued; • Exhibit an ability to think and understand systems from both functional and technical perspective and plan strategically; • Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences; • Strong partnering skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment; • Experience of working in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team in which you have changed your delivery focus rapidly and regularly when needed; • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills; • Professional English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory. • University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or other related education; (Plus) • Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) certification and/or Certified; (Plus) • Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification; (Plus) • ISTQB Certified Tester (or similar); (Plus) • Basic SQL knowledge; (Plus) Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer: • Personalized support from your team • Your manager will take into consideration your motivations and suggestions • Victories will be celebrated together • Your HR and Support Teams will always be available to help • Constant feedback on your work • A network of hundreds of partnerships with companies from numerous sectors that offer you exclusive discounts (health, well-being, travel, gastronomy, culture, leisure, training, etc) • And, of course, many gatherings and social events
