Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Understand client priorities (financial/banking sector), identify opportunities, and propose solutions; * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data quality and actionable insights; * Work with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support ongoing initiatives; * Translate business needs into technical specifications and provide end-user training for effective solution adoption. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science or a related field; * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst; * Proven experience in data analysis and reporting; * Experience in Power BI, including the design and development of dashboards and reports; * Experience with SQL is a plus; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills; * Knowledge of English.
