Descrição da Função

Profile: - Experience working in Learning Management Systems (LMS) environments; - Knowledge of LMS platforms, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD); - Experience in BAU (Business as Usual) support activities (nice to have); - Experience handling support tickets (Level 1 e 2); - Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar; - Ability to manage and prioritize support requests autonomously; - Experience in reporting activities and working with stakeholders; - Ability to suggest improvements such as user documentation or training sessions; - Experience in testing activities, including non-regression testing; - Good communication and collaboration skills; - Fluency in English. Responsibilities: - Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets related to the LMS platform; - Support LMS operations, including content loading, report creation, session assignment, and access management; - Monitor and support Level 3 tickets in coordination with the BAU Lead - Report activities and progress to the BAU Lead; - Suggest improvements to reduce ticket volume, including documentation and training initiatives; - Perform non-regression testing after releases, patches, and environment updates; - Deliver user training sessions and support other BAU activities.
