Job description As a Business Continuity Planning Expert, you will work in close cooperation with the team in Munich supporting Infineon locations worldwide. In your new role you will: - Fulfill our customers’ expectations by replying to their business continuity related inquires; - Drive regular updates to the different site’s Business Continuity Plans and take them to the next level; - Support the audit management of the Business Continuity Management System by planning, conducting, compiling and follow-up; - Enhance the risk management program led by the Corporate Business Continuity Planning department; - Support the resilience projects towards improved first response and recovery measures; - Support the continual improvement of the Business Continuity Management System according to ISO22301. Your profile You are an excellent communicator with the ability to establish sustainable relationships with coworkers and customers. Furthermore, you have a proactive and flexible approach to work, always focusing on excellence in order to ensure Infineon’s goals are being met or exceeded. You are best equipped for this role if you have: - A university degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management or similar with some knowledge of microelectronics/semiconductors; - More than 3 years of work experience in a relevant role, preferably in an international and multicultural environment; - Knowledge of ISO standards, ideally with ISO 22301; - Experience with software tools, especially Excel and Tableau; - Fluency in English. German knowledge is an advantage.
