Descrição da Função

● Generate new business, adding new customers to ARPA pipeline and nurturing them until closure, in tight cooperation with the LDR/SDR people and Pre-Sales ● Define and implement penetration strategies for specific Vertical (ex: Insurance), Functional (ex: Accounting), or Geographical (ex: Spain) segments, together with Marketing ● Initiate and develop deep relationships with critical people in potential clients, helping to enlarge the initial footprint of a deal, by cross- and up-selling ● Report on the status of accounts and transactions, and contribute to overall KPIs, by using the CRM software to register all activities and participating in the periodic meetings of the Sales Team ● Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives, focused on your specific segments ● Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and forecasts) and suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities, contributing to ARPA’s Sales Playbook.

Perfil

• Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Representative, selling sophisticated B2B solutions (software + services) to large organizations, for at least 5 years
• College/University Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish
• Previous experience and relationships in target markets, such as Insurance, Bank & Finance, Real Estate Funds, Telcos, large Industry companies, etc
• Previous experience selling RPA, BPM, Low-Code or Analytics
• Experience in working in Agile environments, knowledge of basic Agile concepts
• Behaves as a Consultant, ie, understands the Customer needs and focuses on a solution
