Descrição Are you a driven sales professional? Do you thrive on cold calls and turning opportunities into business success? Then this is the right project for you! We are looking for a Business Development Executive for a multinational heating company. Responsabilidades - Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals; - Conduct cold calling and set up meetings with potential clients; - Develop relationships with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to drive sales; - Track all client interactions in the CRM system; - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base; - Provide product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients; - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service; - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Requisitos - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; - 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success; - Fluency in English and one of the following: German, French, Spanish, or Dutch; - Proficiency in CRM systems; - Excellent cold calling and presentation skills; - Strong organizational and time management abilities; - Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-driven attitude; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
