We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join a leading company in the uniforms industry. Responsabilidades - Support the CCO in developing the sales strategy and identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns; - Prospect potential new clients and turn these into new business; - Make calls to arrange meetings at customer premises; - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts; - Continuously seeking new business opportunities and finding creative ways to attract and close business; - Contribute to the development of new services, products, and distribution channels; - Participate in international meetings, negotiating company products and services while projecting company values; - Attend conferences and trade shows to generate new leads; - Write reports and make presentations to customers with high diligence. Requisitos - Degree or Master's Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or further business qualification; - Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the textile, footwear, or uniform industry; - Demonstrate excellence in sales with outstanding skills in prospecting and negotiation, with proven track records of exceeding sales targets; - Have excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1); - Be organized, results-focused, and able to establish and accomplish goals with limited direct supervision; - Be proactive, able to think outside the box, self-driven, and ambitious; - Be an excellent team player with a collaborative work style, committed to achieving goals and delivering results; - Be committed to the company's vision, mission, guiding principles, and core values.
