Descrição da Função

Fórum Selecção is looking for a Business Enabler ( (M/F) for a International Client Main activities: As the country Manager´s right-hand, you’ll be a key player in the commercial, marketing, and operational development of the business. A unique opportunity to shape, build, and grow a project with impact. Your missions (diverse and evolving) 1. Business Development & Networking - Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships. - Attend events, meetups, and professional gatherings to grow our network. - Reach out to business leaders, qualify their needs, and present our services. - Manage inbound leads and schedule meetings for the leaderships or experts. 2. Marketing & Communication - Execute a local marketing plan (social media, email campaigns, events…) - Strengthen brand awareness and position us as a differentiated player in Portugal. - Coordinate content creation: posts, testimonials, articles, case studies… - - Localize marketing and sales materials for different target markets. 3. Project support & coordination - Assist with client project. - Keep CRM and tracking tools up to date, produce simple and clear reports. - Attend and help prepare some client meetings and document action items. 4. Light admin. Support - Occasionally support back-office tasks: planning, invoicing, vendor coordination. - Manage interactions with local providers (acountants, HR, tech, partner…) Profile and skills we look for: - Full-time, exclusively committed; - Experience in Business development, marketing, or project coordination, ideally in a tech, digital, or ERP environment. - You speak fluent Portuguese and English – both are essential; - Other European languages (French, Spanish, Italian…) are a strong asset. - You are organized, proactive, business-driven and confident to decision-makers. - Schedule between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm - Location: Lisboa
