Were hiring | Business Intelligence Analyst Location Vialonga / Hybrid (2x per week) Contract Direct hire with our client Our client a leading company in the beverage industry is looking to reinforce its Business Intelligence team with the integration of a Business Intelligence Analyst. This is a direct hiring opportunity with the company, offering a hybrid working model and long-term growth prospects. Your MissionAs a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will - Provide data-driven support to the Sales & Wholesale areas through advanced analytics and BI tools; - Identify data needs and collaborate with Data & Technology teams to ensure robust data sourcing and structure; - Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and other company tools; - Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy; - Improve reporting tools and dashboards continuously to meet business needs; - Contribute to scalable BI architecture, supporting data modeling and infrastructure with the BI Manager; - Translate business questions into analytical solutions in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams. What You Bring - Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar; - 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, and reporting (preferably in sales/commercial environments); - Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization tools; - Solid experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and cleaning techniques; - Experience managing large datasets with a focus on quality and consistency; - Knowledge of sales processes and performance KPIs; - Excellent analytical skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders; - Portuguese Fluent; - English Intermediate (B1); - Legal documentation to work in Portugal is mandatory.
