Are you ready to dive into the fascinating world of automotive commerce? We're looking for a dynamic and organized Dutch-speaking professional to play a crucial role in supporting vehicle purchase and sales operations for a leading company in the automotive sector. If you have a passion for logistics, contracts, and business management, and are fluent in Dutch, this is your opportunity!

Perfil

• Respond to buyer enquiries via phone, email,and other communication channels, providing timely and professional support;
• Investigate customer concerns, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to deliver effective solutions;
• Act as a liaison between buyers and internal departments to facilitate resolution of operational and transactional issues;
• Ensure all customer interactions and actions taken are accurately documented in the relevant systems;
• Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience;
• Build positive relationships with buyers by delivering a high level of service and maintaining regular communication when required.

Competências

• fluent in Dutch (written and spoken);
• Experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus);
• Basic automotive knowledge or interest is a plus.

Oferta

• uncertain Term Contract directly with the client (4 years, 90 days trial period);
• attractive base salary: €1,400 per month x14;
• language Allowance: 200€/gross per month x14;
• meal allowance: €7 per day;
• private healthcare;
• office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday);
• hybrid model of work: first month on site (after that: one week 3 days at the office, second week: 2 days at the office);
