Descrição da Função

Job Description: - constantly researching new suppliers and improving the network; - request quotes for the pieces done by external suppliers; - request prices for raw materials; - negotiating the best price, quality and delivery time; - award the pieces to suppliers; - ordering raw materials and diverse supplies; - ensuring that pieces / raw materials are delivered on time; - guaranteeing the quality of the delivered pieces and the raw materials; - monitoring payment deadlines and paying; - insert accounting documents in PHC software; - export PHC reports; - send weekly and monthly reports; - carrying out other tasks related to company administration.

Perfil

• - fluent in English;
• - fluent in Portuguese;
• - proficient in MS Office;
• - with PHC software experience;
• - proactive, dynamic, multi-tasked;
• - autonomous person, who likes to work in a team;
• - responsible and professional;
• - experience in searching and negotiating with suppliers will be valued.
