Amongst other qualities, our ideal candidates will also require to: • Be fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written - we work with customers from all over the world, so first-rate language skills are essential. • Take ownership of their work and be motivated by their results • Be respectful & confident communicators; passionate about providing the best experience possible. • Someone that understands customers’ needs and is adaptable to different customer types. For Non-EU applicants it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit. As a Call Centre Agent at our office in Lisbon (Portugal) you will be responsible to: • Deliver a high level of customer service over the phone and via email. • Consistently provide an amazing experience for our customers, whether they are booking online or over the phone. • Assist every customer find their ideal car rental experience. • Possess good Microsoft Office skills and some Global Geography knowledge.
