Descrição da Função

The Bridge Trabalho Temporário is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Relations Representative for a renowned sports company in Lisbon. If you're passionate about sports and want to be part of a dynamic and growing team, this opportunity is for you! What You’ll Do: Engage with customers, offering exceptional support and guidance tailored to their needs. Assist with inquiries related to memberships, product information, and service updates. Ensure a high-quality experience for every customer interaction, focusing on detail and precision.   What We’re Looking For: Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and intermediate English. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and solve problems creatively.
