Kelly Services in its Finance division, is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and passionate Certified Accountant (M/F) to join our prestigious International client. The role will report to the German Team. You will play a central role in the integration and migration process of our new Finance system to SAP S/4 Hana as an experienced Finance and Compliance manager. Additionally, you will work alongside the CFO to establish the future Finance structure of the company. Your responsibilities are divided into two phases: (1) before integration and (2) after integration, each encompassing distinct tasks and focus areas. Phase 1: Before the Integration * Lead the integration and migration of accounting and financial processes for the new Finance System S/4 Hana, including the transition from our current external Financial Service Provider. This process is supported by an international and cross-functional project team. * Implement new local and Group processes and initiatives. * Advise the CFO on local requirements and obligations. Phase 2: After the Integration * Assume the main responsibility for the day-to-day operation of Accounting, covering bookkeeping, reconciliations, period closures, tax reporting, annual accounts, internal and external reporting, and invoicing. * Be the primary point of contact for audit(s) and finance, process, and compliance projects. * Ensure compliance with the legal framework (payroll, accounting, GDPR, Supply Chain act, tax, etc.). * Support CFO, FP&A, and Group Finance with tasks naturally belonging in finance, such as budgeting, projects, and business controlling. * Implement quality assurance of processes and routines. * Sign the company accounts. * Collaboratively refine and finalize tasks in Phase 1.
