Descrição We are recruiting a Client Manager for a Luxury Specialized Retail store located in Luanda. If you have interest in the Premium retail segment, do not hesitate to submit your application! Responsabilidades - Providing personalized customer service, enhancing the overall client experience; - Ensuring the maintenance of the store’s image and presentation; - Delivering technical assistance with excellence; - Managing customer relationships in a proactive and efficient manner; - Performing tasks related to store management and maintenance. Requisitos - Minimum education: 12th Grade; Bachelor’s degree (preferred); - Previous experience in customer service; - Fluency in Mandarin; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (user level); - Ability to work towards targets and perform autonomously; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport; - Proactivity, commercial drive, and strong sales argumentation skills; - Availability to work shifts; - Residence in Luanda.
