We are currently seeking a Cloud Engineer (Collaboration Tools Specialist) to join an important client. Requirements The consultancy support for this work requires an experienced Cloud Engineer (Collaboration Tools Specialist) with the following qualifications: 1) Teams Administration: • Configure, manage, and support Microsoft Teams environments. • Implement Teams policies and settings to optimize performance and security. • Manage Teams lifecycle, including creation, updates, and archiving. • Integrate Teams with other enterprise applications and services. 2) SharePoint Online Management: • Design, implement, and manage SharePoint Online sites and libraries. • Ensure effective document management and collaboration. • Configure SharePoint permissions and access controls. • Develop and enforce SharePoint governance policies. 3) OneDrive for Business Administration: • Manage OneDrive for Business settings and policies. • Ensure secure file sharing and storage practices. • Implement data retention and compliance policies. • Provide support for file synchronization issues. 4) User Training and Support: • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on M365 collaboration tools. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for user issues. • Create and maintain user guides and documentation. • Conduct user feedback sessions to improve tools and services. 5) Governance and Compliance: • Establish and enforce governance and compliance policies for collaboration tools. • Utilize tools like DLP and eDiscovery to meet regulatory requirements. • Monitor and audit user activities for compliance. • Implement data protection and privacy controls. 6) Automation and Scripting: • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks. • Implement workflows using Power Automate to enhance efficiency. • Automate routine tasks such as user provisioning and group management. • Integrate automated solutions with other IT systems. 7) Integration with Other Systems: • Integrate M365 collaboration tools with other enterprise systems. • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. • Configure and manage API integrations. • Develop custom connectors and integration solutions. 8) Monitoring and Reporting: • Monitor usage and performance of collaboration tools. • Generate reports and provide insights to improve adoption and efficiency. • Use Microsoft 365 Admin Center and third-party tools for monitoring. • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 9) Security Management: • Implement and manage security settings for M365 collaboration tools. • Protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security policies. • Configure and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) for collaboration tools. • Perform regular security assessments and audits. 10) Continuous Improvement: • Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 features and best practices. • Continuously improve collaboration tools to meet organizational needs. • Participate in M365 community forums and training sessions. • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations. 11) Communication and Collaboration: • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users. • Ability to document processes clearly and provide training on IAM tools and practices. 12) Organizational Skills: • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Attention to detail in managing M365 environment and the Microsoft Intune Platform. 13) Others: • The candidate has strong customer relationship skills, including negotiating complex and sensitive situations under pressure. • Full proficiency in the English language. French language proficiency is of advantage. • The candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations. • The candidate must possess a NATO Secret Security Clearance or national equivalent. This role is critical for maintaining efficient IT support operations and ensuring users receive timely and effective assistance with their devices and Microsoft 365 services. As a Level 2/3 specialist, you will handle complex issues, support advanced configurations, and play a key role in strategic planning and implementation of collaboration solutions.
