More than technology, we build close relationships and deliver real-impact projects. What will you do? Perform advanced administration of RedHat Linux environments, ensuring high levels of availability, resilience, security, and performance. Manage, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms in hybrid on-premises and cloud contexts. Define and implement scalable, secure infrastructure architectures, including automation with Ansible and Terraform. Conduct advanced troubleshooting and resolve critical issues in production environments. Implement and monitor security policies, hardening, and compliance, alongside proactive infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning. Collaborate closely with internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors on transformation projects and incident resolution. What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: Solid experience (minimum 5 years) as an Infrastructure or DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in Unix/Linux, specifically RedHat Enterprise Linux. Proven expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift). Extensive experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Hands-on experience with cloud solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS), in hybrid environments. Strong understanding of Networking, High Availability (HA), Git/CI/CD pipelines, and advanced troubleshooting in critical environments. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
