A premium hospitality destination by the sea, offering a refined lifestyle concept that combines dining, leisure, and a private members club environment, delivering a distinctive and elevated experience to its community. The Club Operations Coordinator oversees the daily operations of a premium Country Club, ensuring an exceptional, seamless, and highly refined member experience at all times. This role is responsible not only for operational efficiency, but for guaranteeing that every detail across the club is immaculate — from the presentation of reception areas to the pool and all other facilities. The position ensures that every space is neat, organized, perfectly maintained, and aligned with the club’s premium standards. The Club Operations Coordinator leads the operations team to uphold meticulous service and presentation standards, proactively addresses member feedback and complaints, coordinates schedules, and works closely with management to monitor performance and implement continuous improvements. Club Operations Oversee and coordinate all daily club operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and impeccable standards across the pool and all club areas Lead, motivate, and manage the team, fostering accountability and collaboration Maintain and continuously improve service standards in alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent, high-quality and on-brand member experience Manage member feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication Plan and manage staff scheduling and resources to support operational efficiency Monitor performance metrics and report regularly to management on operations, challenges, and improvements
