For this position, we are looking for a CNC Turner. You are primarily responsible for the timely and correct execution of turning operations, consisting of various materials such as steel, stainless steel and duplex. The products you will be turning include large ship shafts, pump shafts and cylinders. You will find our products all over the world. You must be flexible, independent, and proactive, thinking of the customer's interests. You enjoy developing yourself and helping the organization continually improve. • Minimum completed technical MBO education, Level 3 and 4, relevant training towards machining. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the metal industry as a CNC turner • Good command of the English language in word and writing • Precise • Able to read technical drawings • Knowledge of CNC control(s), for example Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc or Fagor • Knowledge of measuring techniques for checking your machined products • Be able to relocate to the Netherlands and work legally
