Descrição da Função

As a Communication & Digital Tools Trainee, you will especially focus on supporting exciting projects, such as introducing and further developing digital tools, upskilling our colleagues, and being up-to-date on the latest communication trends. In this role you'll have the unique opportunity to interact strongly with your Munich headquarters peers, but also on a global level. In your new role, you will: - Support the planning and further development of existing digital tools (e.g. communication tools & platforms); - Help with the existing tool portfolio management, and identify and evaluate state-of-the-art digital communication tools; - Research the latest AI and IT technologies and evaluate their potential implementation; - Support the rollout management of new digital tools, from initial assessment through to the development and implementation of a communication plan; - Assist internal customers on specific digital tool-related topics (e.g. creation of newsletters); - Drive internal communication activities, including the creation and development of communication materials and activities, regarding relevant tools/technology and training updates; - Support the CP Academy training portfolio maintenance and development, as well as its training sessions; - Help with monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics; - Support the maintenance, development, and optimization of internal web presences, including the CP Academy and CP Digital Tools pages. Your profile You enjoy working and knowing more about digital tools, are interested in corporate communications, and keep yourself updated on the latest technologies and trends. You are a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized person with a strong customer and process orientation and an eagerness to communicate with different stakeholders. Besides, you add value and overcome difficulties with your creativity and ideas, and are keen to take over different tasks, driving topics forward. In addition, you are an extrovert team player, with a problem solver and progressive mindset, not afraid to take risks. You are best equipped for this position, if you have: - A degree in Corporate Communications, Media, Communication Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field; - Acquired previous experience in communication, training/upskilling, IT, change, and project management, or worked in a start-up environment would be an advantage; - A strong affinity for technology, education, and digitalization topics, and a quick grasp of complex contexts; - A good command of MS Office tools; - Ability to work in an international team; - A pragmatic, collaborative, goal-oriented, and inspirational working style; - Organization and planning skills, and openness to agile working methods; - Fluency in English.
