Descrição da Função

We are looking for a Community specialist (outreach) fluent in French, English and Portuguese to join one of our clients in Lisbon: <ul><li>Management of social media and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) interactions by replying to customers and partners enquiries and comments through their apps</li><li>Learn and master the company's business model and product in order to effectively explain and communicate it with the different users</li><li>Developing and implementing new processes and templates to most common scenarios</li><li>Learn and master multiple applications and resources including contact management systems and knowledge bases</li><li>Perform quality and audit checks to existing EV support and installation processes, ensuring high compliance standards</li><li>Communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Triage and escalate urgent issues in order to drive them to resolution</li><li>Complete thorough documentation and notation on customer contacts and trends</li><li>Provide feedback to management teams regarding processes, trends and ensure the quality and efficiency of internal processes.</li></ul> <b>The Candidate we are looking for:</b> <ul><li>Has a high proactive, organized and independent entrepreneurial spirit. The Candidate must be used to working in a fast-paced and ambitious environment</li><li><b>Is fluent in both oral and written English and French </b>in order to be able to prepare business documents and conduct meetings in these languages.
