Our HR & Corporate Functions department is looking for a Compliance Officer, that will have the following responsibilities: - Mapping corruption risk (Sapin2) - Conducting and verifying due diligences and Know Your Third Party (KYPT) - Drafting and reviewing all types of contracts, contractual clauses relating to compliance and anti-corruption compliance and commitments - Monitoring and reporting of ethics KPIs - Supporting and advice for business units on ethics and compliance issues - Preparing compliance awareness campaigns and training of exposed collaborators - Monitoring ethics alert procedures - Monitoring legal and regulatory aspects of ethics and compliance issues - Monitoring periodically the relations with solution providers and other operational tasks - Updating and active management of the compliance program on personal data management (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR and equivalent - Support in the implementation of corporate sustainability procedures (Vigilance Law, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD) within the Group REQUIREMENTS: - Graduated in Law or Business (with a specialization in Compliance Law - Ethics, Integrity, Anti-corruption) - At least 3 years of experience - Previous experience in a company, consulting firm or law firm, in the field of compliance, business ethics or prevention of corruption in the corruption in the private sector - Fluency in English (written & oral) is required - Practical knowledge of the international standards anti bribery/corruption regulations (UKBA, FCPA, French Sapin 2 Law, Portuguese Anticorruption Law etc...) - Practical knowledge of the personal data protection regulations (GDPR and worldwide equivalent) - Knowledge of regulations on Corporate sustainability due diligence (CSRD, Vigilance law, ESG etc..) - Advanced skills in MS Office & IT tools in general - Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a plus SOFT SKILLS: - Strong sense of ethics, discretion and confidentiality - Strong adaptability and diplomacy - Good judgment and analytical skills - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Rigor and autonomy - Team spirit
