Our Multinational Client is looking for a German Speaking Content Moderator for Virtual Reality social media, in Porto, Portugal Job Offer details: Position: German Speaking Content Moderator for Virtual Reality Social Media – Porto Location: Porto, Portugal Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: - You will be responsible for reviewing user behavior and ensuring compliance with rules in the Virtual Reality areas. - Analyze reports according to protocols and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality in each report. - Act as a central point of moderation between Virtual Reality users, applying guidelines in an ever-evolving environment. - Make autonomous decisions on challenging, potentially sensitive, or critical business issues. - Continuously seek initiatives to improve service and overall user experience. Required Profile: - Verbal and written fluency in German (C1). - Intermediate level of English. - Ability to multitask, think critically, and communicate effectively. - Quick learner and diligent worker. Working Hours: - Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. - Possibility of rotating shifts to meet customer needs.
