Perfil

• Your responsibilities:
• Assist our social media platform's user community.
• Handle e-commerce-related issues (orders, deliveries, payments, etc.).
• Ensure users have the best possible experience.
• Work as part of a team to keep our community satisfied.

Competências

• What you need to succeed:
• German (C2) and English (B2) proficiency.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce.
• Ability to make logical decisions.
• Strong communication and empathy skills to handle different types of users.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

Oferta

• What we offer:
• Base salary paid in 14 months: 1100€
• Complexity Bonus paid in 11 months: 100€
• Meal Allowance (net) : 7.23€ per working day
• Transport allowance: 20€ per month
• 6-month contract
• Schedules:
• Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with 2 rotating days off. In the future, a 24/7 schedule.
