We are looking for a Contract Senior Analyst who thrives on precision, collaboration, and problem-solving. What Youll Do - Managing and overseeing contract-related activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, by driving compliance with related corporate policies and creating awareness to the business team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, and business stakeholders, to draft and review low-complexity contract documents while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. What You Bring Background Experience: -Experience in contract management or procurement. -Previous exposure to the resources industry (highly valued). -Familiarity with technology or Business Process Management Services (BPMS) is a plus. -Academic background in advocacy, law, solicitor studies, or equivalent is desirable. Technical Skills: -Ability to draft and analyze low-complexity contracts. -Strong documentation and repository management capabilities. Soft Skills: -Excellent communication, able to simplify legal concepts for non-legal audiences. -Analytical, critical thinker with strong organizational skills. -Good time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities. -Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative.
