Descrição da Função

Descrição We are recruiting a Controlling Manager for a large, International Logistic Company of which the heart of finance is located in Belgium, Antwerp. As a controlling Manager, you will be responsible for a team of people with whom you´ll carry out controlling across different entities in our region. The emphasis is on delivering financial insights to the management of the company. You will be the right hand of management, supporting on business review, action plans and business cases with them. You will play a critical role in terms of internal control environment and guidance, reviewing risks and supporting the corresponding actions. Responsabilidades • Together with your team, you will ensure correct reporting within the set deadlines for entities within your region; • You will be a critical person in supporting closely the business and understanding and supporting its financial performance; • You will monitor KPIs of your entities and take action in case of deviations; • You will ensure compliance with internal policies and standards to ensure P&L and BS according to IFRS standards; • Close contacts with the management in the region and other Finance teams; • You will assist with regional controlling tasks and projects. Requisitos • Degree in Finance & at least 5 years' experience in a similar role; • Experience with audits is a plus; • Good knowledge of Excel is essential, SAP knowledge is a plus; • Fluency in communication at different levels in the organization and creativity approach to problem-solving tasks; • Fluency in English (business language).
