Descrição da Função

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Coordenador Blue Team (Ciberdefesa) (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: • Cybersecurity Expertise: • Blue Team Experience: Extensive experience in Blue Team operations, including incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and methodologies used in defensive security operations. • Cyberdefense Strategy: Ability to design and implement robust defense mechanisms to protect against a wide range of cyber threats. • Leadership Skills: • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a cybersecurity team, including experience in developing shift schedules and managing 24/7 operations. • Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills, especially under pressure during security incidents. • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team, collaborate with other departments, and report to senior management. • Organizational Skills: • Shift Planning: Experience in planning and organizing team shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage, including handling emergency situations and unexpected absences. • Resource Management: Ability to manage team resources effectively, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and skills to perform their duties.
