Descrição da Função

CRIT SEARCH - Recruitment & Selection recruits MEDICAL COORDINATOR ASSISTANT (W/M) for a client in LISBON. Job description: -Apply the administrative procedures; -Create files in the Medcase tool; -Manage the existant files, -Alert the line manager to anomalies and sensitive cases; - Manage prevention plan: -Centralise client requests with a view to organising health check-ups; -Suggest suitable service providers to them; -Retrieve medical informations from medical providers; -Manage convocations for your international perimeter; - Be responsible for the management of contingency plans: -Manage life files (sick leaves for our french clients). Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, with or without experience in insurance; - Have experience in a multinational environment an ability to negotiate a good communication and teamwork skills; - Have excellent attention to detail with good interpersonal skills; - Be dynamic organized pro-active, friendly and patient; - Be able to work within deadlines and well under pressure. - Be bilingual in French and English ou Spanish in order to carry out your missions. Requisitos minimos Salary: Annual base 14 800€ a 17 000€ (for people who speak English + French); Others benefits: - Quarterly bonus up to 180 euros (determined by the results of the company and team); - Annual bonus based on recurring results up to 150 euros: - Annual bonus 800€; - Transportation allowance = 35 euros per month - Meal allowances = 8 euros per day work - Free medical insurance for your family starting on the first day that contract is celebrated; - Possibility of internal mobility (according to the eligibility criteria); - Trainings every year; - Telework charter: possibility of working remotely after 6 months of seniority within the group 2 days per week (up to 3 days for pregnant women or people who have a child under 8 years old); *Kindly note that all the amounts are communicated in gross.
