Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious client in the financial sector with offices in Porto and Lisbon, that is currently looking for a Corporate Finance/ M&A Associate (M/ F)  to join its team.   Responsabilities - Direct support to Project Manager on ad hoc client related projects - Closely coordinate the work of a team of Analysts/Senior Analysts - Provide ongoing training to Analysts/Senior Analysts - Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison) - Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives - Generating client facing presentations and pitch-books, data analysis and financial modelling     Profile - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry with strong Corporate Finance and M&A expertise, namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm, Investment Bank or Private Equity firm; - Fluency in English at a proficient level; - Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics or similar); - Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level); - Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry; - Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance; - Strong attention to detail and organisation skills; - Time management; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Work and think clearly under pressure; - Self-motivation; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Flexible working approach.   Offer - Fast-growing company with presence in Porto, Lisbon, London and Madrid, that works in complex and stimulating projects for sophisticated clients in the US, Europe and the Middle East; - Competitive salary and benefits which vary according to individual performance; - Opportunity to work from home 50% of the time; - Career Development Plan, Training Programs and Sponsorship.
