Mission Your daily mission will mostly be administer all enquiries received regarding credit card charges, submit transactions to the bank to process the payment, processing credit card refunds among other tasks. Profile - Advanced level of English - You have previous experience performing back-office tasks and customer service - You're available to work from Monday to Friday (09:00 - 18:00) You can expect Direct work contract with our client Initial and continuous training Base salary Meal allowance Language bonus Health Insurance Mostly home office with 4 days per month at the office located in Quinta da Fonte, Oeiras
