Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Economics, Management or related field; * Minimum 2 years of experience in CRO area; * Previous experience in optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing, funnel and behavior analysis and content optimization; * Experience working with Google Analytics and Tag Manager; * Previous contact with behavior analysis tools (Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity); * Good understanding of optimization tools (Adobe Target); * Experience with Marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud); * Organizational and communication skills; * Proactivity and dynamism.
