What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a Polish-Speaking Customer Advisor for a Pet Retail Project, you will: * Assist clients via inbound calls and e-mail by answering customers' inquiries and/or attending to potential requests. * Become a specialist in our Client's products and services * Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions. * Listen to the customer's unique situations and acknowledge their needs. * Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience. We'll be a great match if you: * Have a high level of Polish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) * Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued * Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented * Familiarity with Pet-related stuff is highly valued * Have a positive and can-do attitude If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
